These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Founder Freedom EQ-i Intensive website, offer, and coaching services provided by Lucie McGuire (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, registering, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Services

The Founder Freedom EQ-i Intensive is a private coaching experience that includes the EQ-i 2.0 assessment, a personal debrief, and implementation sessions. The exact format, timing, and deliverables are described on the offer page and confirmed after registration.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is required to reserve your spot. Fees are listed at checkout. Because this is a limited-availability, hands-on coaching experience, refunds are generally not provided once the assessment has been issued and the first session has been scheduled. If you need to discuss an exception, contact us as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, branding, assessments, frameworks, and materials provided during the program — is owned by Lucie McGuire or licensed to her. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

Not Therapy or Medical Advice

This coaching program is for personal and leadership development. It is not therapy, medical treatment, mental health counseling, or professional advice. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucie McGuire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific program at issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
